Rocha da Relva

Following are some photos of a trail down to a village called Rocha da Relva. This is a walk that Futurismo offers as a half day tour. Rocha da Relva is a very small village that is isolated from the main road and power grid. Access to the village is by a small paved trail winding down the cliff. The locals use donkeys to transport heavy loads up and down the trail and if you are lucky you will be able to see this for yourself during the walk. You will also be able to see the beautiful views on the way down, interesting rock formations along the cliff faces and traditional stone houses surrounded by small charming gardens and vineyards.
